September 1 – Arrival & Welcome

• Morning lesson: Talking about yourself / Presenting a city

• Tour of Le Panier & Vieux-Port + meet a local

• Language challenge: "Take a photo and describe it in 3 sentences"

• Afternoon apéro & vocabulary review or beach time

• Lesson: Expressing taste / Describing an artwork

• Visit to MUCEM + create a mini podcast

• Free time at the museum rooftop

• Evening activity: Art-themed Pictionary or beach or visit to Basilique Notre-Dame de la Garde – iconic church with panoramic views

September 3 – The Mediterranean & Art

September 4 – Nature & Slow Day

• Lesson: Body, emotions, movement verbs

• Outing to Calanque de Sormiou or Morgiou – stunning natural fjords, hiking/swimming (picnic & landscape description) / optional: cruise or catamaran

• Relaxation session with guided breathing

• Sunset on the beach with apéro or outing to Cours Julien – the city's bohemian area, known for street art, bars, and vintage shops

September 5 – Flavors of Provence

• Lesson: Talking about food / Giving a recipe

• Visit to Le marché Noailles – vibrant market with Mediterranean and oriental influences

• Optional: Wine tasting or lavender field trip

• Language task: Create a French bistro menu

• Dinner with our own dishes – “Provençal evening” (optional)

• Lesson: Expressing opinions / Improvisation

• Mini theater workshop or French improv

• Afternoon café français: speed-talking, mini role-play games

• Final dinner with retreat reflections in French (optional)
